Domestic Shipping — United States Only

Cosmos Vybz LLC DBA Alignment911 currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (estimated times shown at checkout)

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears stuck or has not updated in 5+ business days, contact us at info@alignment911.com or (832) 463-1545 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@alignment911.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refundability of Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will refund the original shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
