Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@alignment911.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that worn/used activewear, used compression sleeves, knee braces, support belts, and opened/used pillows or cushions are final sale. A prepaid return shipping label is provided for all approved returns.
How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@alignment911.com.
